I blast the volume to max and I can hear every single word someone says right next to me as clear as day. I cannot believe Apple sells a product this bad. No bass and no volume. I tried everything. I changed the EQ settings and contacted Apple. They want me to send my brand new Powerbeats back to them for service. What garbage

Powerbeats Pro missed the target

Ive had Powerbeats 1-3 since the first concept. These Pro wireless from day are unreliable at times, while playing the will jump out of sequence causing a eco effect. It seems like the case drained the battery because when I came back from vacation they was dead. Good in rain and hot conditions. I'm chalking it up to first generation problems, and I wasn't ask to buy a warranty when I purchased them. My coworker feels the same.....With Bestbuy 15day return policy I'm stuck with it!

Bought second pair because I love the first pair so much and I am having to return them because they wont hold a charge, only work when they want to. I can tell a difference from the first pair. Luckily I have the warranty
