Problems from Day 1

Defective product!

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They are great earphones, never fall out, sweat resistant, etc. I preordered them when the first came out got them around late June 2019 worked fine until about 2 weeks then left ear bud went out for NO REASON. Never touched water dropped or anything, cleaned multiple times tried every tutorial known to man to get fixed. This issue is very common among the users of the product. If they fix this bug, however, then they would be getting 5 stars but I shouldn’t have to go through this. It should have been fixed before releasing.

Sound is great, Fit is an issue.

I must be part of the 5% who have problems with the fit. I can use them for about 30 minutes before feeling discomfort.
