POOR QUALITY

I purchased out of loyalty had a pair that lasted 3 years no problem. Purchased these and for the past 2 months I have sent back for connectivity and inability to hear calls. Support keeps returning them saying they can't find anything wrong. I paid for the extended warranty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
