Great design and look, just not loud enough. I can hear outside sound over my music at full volume

Terrible! Do not buy. They said they would deliver on Feb 1 and then on Feb 1 they said they were delayed until Feb 14. Scam! They knew they were going to take over 2 weeks to come. This is why no one wants to buy online from stores like this any more. Also calling into Best Buy is a nightmare and you can never understand the person on the other line and they can never help with questions. Going to cancel my order and never shop at Best Buy again. This whole process has been terrible. Sad!

Sound quality is ok. Comfort level is ok. I was a little let down by the phone quality. Connectivity is good.

Quality ok but doesn't sound as expected for its price. Lack of Base sound and can be uncomfortable after a while. The Apple's airpods have more value for the price.

These are awesome. Bought them as a gift and they are enjoyed heavily. Definitely a must have.

While they may have some cool features that make them a fancy apple product, they actually suck in comparison to price. If these were about $80, I could see them being a great buy. They're not that comfortable to wear and the provide LOTS of background noise so you have to turn the music up to at least 75% to hear it well. The piece that goes over the ear isn't very flexible and makes it somewhat difficult to put on. Anyway, save some money and buy something else. You'll get the same, or better, quality.

I was super pumped for these. I run and workout every morning, so need a secure attachment which is why I chose these over the AirPods. They attach to my ears well, however, they don’t always connect to my device properly (sometimes only one ear actually connects?). I’m also a realtor so on my phone all the time, was hoping the mic and connection would be stronger. I often get complaints on the other side of the phone that I’m breaking up and distorted. So just ok. Have to troubleshoot often.

These beats were nice and it had my favorite color but little expensive but still worth it

They don’t work great they will say they are connected and they won’t actually be or they will randomly cut off even when not dead.

Amazing, quick connection and sold steady while running, sound quality is also top notch!

Received these as a gift and love them. I enjoy wearing them while i am outside working on the yard.

Love the convenience of being totally wireless. This is a great combo of sound and convenience.
