Not as good as I expected

I chose them because of the over ear band. I expected the sound quality to be as good as or better than the AirPods. They do stay in your ear very well and are comfortable but I’m disappointed at the sound quality. If you’re looking for a headset for phone calls and not music these would be fine.

Like others have said, the left one just decides to stop working at random. Remove both, place in case and wait a few minutes and they will start working again. If these were $29 instead of nearly $200 they would not be a big deal, Totally unacceptable for Apple to be selling something that they know has a functional failure.
