Sound quality is decent, but overall very poor product. The 2 main problems are that they do not play with just one bud in. IE, if I am listening to music and take out one of the head phones, they stop playing. The 2nd problem is that they do not auto pair with any of my bluetooth devices. Not the end of the world, but having to manually pair them every time you want to use them is fairly annoying.

Thought it would be louder talking on the phone people can hear all background noise. As soon as my 15 day return and exchange expired that’s when problems started. Right eye bud no sound have to put in case for to restore sound with 100% battery. Now left side starting to do the same. Today when working out sound on both buds was going out. Really messed up my workout!

Love it. Excellent reception and clarity. My inly pro is the part that goes over my ear competes with my glasses arm. I like the ease of pairing, just need to open the box

This is the second pair I have bought. The first pair the left ear would not charge within a few years and I thought is was because I was wearing at the gym and from sweat. This pair was bought in July of 2023 and the left ear will not charge again? I sent out for repair and they were returned saying nothing is wrong. Anyone else have this problem?

over priced junk. The connection of these headphones is terrible. I paid a premium for what? Way to go apple/ beats

Excellant! Love these! I have used the Baby PowerBeats for years and really like these also but the only thing, the cord does get in the way while working. Cordless, all stars now!

Didn’t like that fit so return them and got the beats fit pro which fit a lot better with no pain

They don’t fit hurt behind my ears bass is awesome. If you are not wearing them for longer than 3-4 hours then they can be very comfortable

Not worth the price. The port charge is a 1/3 of that compared to lesser brand earbuds and the battery life for the earbuds alone.

Is it comfortable in your ear ..however the other person on the other side can hear even your breathing..noise control is not good at all the other so I can hear every single sound

Best earbuds I’ve ever owned. If you have an iPhone I can’t recommend them enough. Easiest connection in the world and the charging case makes them that much cooler.

Really good earbuds! Had a different brand that were crap and not much cheaper. Should have gotten these to start with. Easy charge and sync. Would definitely buy again!

The right ear bud will not connect with the left so looks like I will be exchanging with Apple

The fit was good, but the sound just wasn't as great as I would expect for the price. I returned them and purchased something with a lower price tag.

Charging unit stops walking after 9 months I've been trying to get a replacement, still working with best buy and apple care

My husband broke one of the last ones he had and was so disappointed that he didn't have a complete pair because he loves these. I just had to get him another one. Great product.

Great headphones at a great price! The Lava colored headphones were the lowest price and well worth the money. Bought them online with in store pickup, which went smoothly.

Brought these earbuds in August, they stop sending signal to pair February. Wouldn't recommend.
