Constant Issues

Extreme Disappointment

It would take me several minutes to put both earbuds back into the case and reset the bluetooth connection before every use. I've also had issues with the right earbud sometimes not charging along with the left. I thought I could suck it up and keep using these defective earbuds, but after another attempt to reset the Powerbeats, it no longer even connects to my iPhone. IF my iPhone can even find it, I am prompted to hold the sync button for 5 seconds, but nothing happens afterwards. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase, as I have bought multiple pairs of Powerbeats in the past.
