The sound in the previous pairs I owned was one of the best and, at times, was much better than the original apple AirPods. This item had several issues: 1. the cable that goes above the ear is much larger than my previous ones and is not adjustable; 2. the sound is too low no matter how I tried to adjust it in the settings; 3. this headset is not compatible with all the devices I was using my previous set with. I am very upset over this purchase also because it was a Christmas gift to myself, but now I will have to shop around for another pair.

Overpriced for the Quality

Bought a cheaper Galaxy Buds, and although Galaxy Buds sound sound as good as Powerbeats Pro, at least I have no connection issue.

Don't Buy These - Terrible Sound!

The review for these headphones said they were the best Powerbeats, but they aren't. The ones I got had no base. The treble was so overwhelming it hurt my ears. The best EQ was Tiny Speakers. I'm turning them.
