Product didn’t last 3 months. Repair quoted for over $200!! No thank you. Product cost about that.

Very disappointed. The left earbuds just stopped working. The right side works fine but this seems to be a trend. I bought a pair and my daughter bought a pair as well. Her left earbud stopped working also.

Once again, headphones do not hold charge. This time worse then previous pair as this pair was purchased 3 months ago and already do not work. If you are an extreme athlete, you are out of luck. Will never buy Apple/Dre product again

Samsung earbuds were better by far. These will be getting returned. I wanted to upgrade from my Samsung earbuds, this was not it.

constantly have to connect via bluetooth from the case. the other day i went to put them on. the ear piece wasnt changed, but the charging case was? I'm returning these and going back to my beats with the cord, I guess. :/

Hard to get into place well. Have trouble with one ear piece not working. No consistency into which one will work or not work. Do not even charge equally in the case. Color is pretty but function is not.

I don’t know where else to write about this. The employee who sold it to us spoke in a derogatory manner to my mom who wasn’t quite proficient in speaking English.

These actually hurt my ear after wearing them for some time

I bought these replacing my old Earbuds. No matter what source I use my volume doesn't compare to my cordered pair. It has little to no bass. The first time I've been disappointed with this brand.

These headphones work well, but a MAJOR issue is with the charging.. It fails to charge both headphones.. It's a known issue and Apple has not resolved it.. I paid ALOT for this and it's unacceptable.

Right ear bud quit working after 9 months. I would not buy these again. For what you pay for these, a 9 month life is totally not acceptable. Too bad as they were great when they worked.

So uncomfortable. Couldn’t get past putting them on. Returned.

Get the AirPod pros they’re way better, the quality isn’t all that, if you’re looking for gym headphones these headphones aren’t good my guy. If you got an iPhone get AirPods. If you got an android, I don’t know what to tell you ( buy an iPhone).

It's not What I spect, not to Loud volume and the sound quality is not to good if they desconect because distans not hace automatic reconection.

Unfortunately, I didnt realize these earbuds do not have active noise cancellation. For the price of the earbuds, ANC should definitely be a feature!

I’ve noticed you can’t have these earphones in for long periods of time. My ears are soar from them just listening to music for 5 or 10 minutes. I returned and purchased airpods no pain and enjoyable!

Did not receive. Ordered this but did not receive it.

The buds will charge either left or right ear only. No consistency in keeping charge. Worst purchase for earbuds ever. Make such to purchase warranty because they will go out.

I bought this two months ago, but unfortunately it doesn’t work anymore for no reason ; and it passed the return period , I want to know if it’s any product guarantee?
