These work great at what they were designed to be which are sport earbuds for the average runner/gym go-er/active person. If you fall into that category, you’ll appreciate these because as I’m sure you already know, finding good earbuds for the gym that can stay put and take heavy sweat are really really hard to come by. Sound quality is pretty good and not having a super tight seal is ok too because it allows for ambient sound to come through which is sometimes needed and it really isnt that bad anyway. Leaving bad reviews for sizing/fit issues and technical issues, I can somewhat understand. But alot of the bad reviews on here are from users that want these to be something other than sports earbuds. Thats what airpods are for.

These are crap and a waste of money. They do not retain a connection, ever. Don't waste your money, buy anything else.

My other wireless non name brand headphones were better. When i work out it stops playing automatically even when its fully charged....waste of money.

Sound, fit and quality are missing from these Beats. I went with the Samsung Galaxy Earbuds and I am very happy, particularly compared to these Beats.

Sound quality is something you have to tinker with in the settings on your phone if it’s not already on base. The case is way too big to be convenient. They don’t tell you in the YouTube reviews that the wrap around part means that if you wear glasses then it’s not the best fit. The controls aren’t that amazing either. Either get the over ear noise canceling beats or the air pod pros. This in between stuff is a waste of money. I dumped them on my sister

They are constantly disconnecting. I have updated firm ware. Unpaired and repaired. They show they are connected yet no audio comes through. I have to turn my bluetooth on and off constantly to get them to reconnect. This is with my phone in my pocket. If I bend down, it seems to disconnect them too. I wish i never bought these. They also stay connected even when not in my ears, though they SHOULD pause the audio when not in ear. Awful product.

They were decent while they lasted. Bought them last spring (about 15-18 months ago). They no longer keep a charge.

Very uncomfortable,the connection is a bit sometimes too. I don’t believe I will ever purchase any again

Best wireless headphone for me, very comfortable to wear, easy to use, automatically turn on and off, long battery life. I love the way it stay on my ears even when I’m working out. Beautiful sound.

Not good with Noise cancellation. Also charging case is quite heavy

I was very excited to receive my powerbeats pro, and when I did, I immediately liked their size and how they fit in my ears. I have been looking for some time for earbuds that would stay in my ears, and I can confidently say that you will have no problem with these. The sound quality is pretty good, although not quite on par with my beats on ear headphones. The primary knock against sound quality is that they are not particularly loud. You can have them on the highest volume and still left wanting more. My biggest complaint about them is the case. Most people complain about its size, and while it is large, the size does not bother me. What bothers me is that it has smooth edges and a matte finishing material or compound on the surface. This makes them quite difficult to grip and quite easy to drop. Since you will most likely not be putting them in your pocket, put them in a bag or something, because you will likely drop them at some point.

They don’t connect to phone can’t connect at same time . Annoying . Want refund.

I had high hopes for these but unfortunately they were uncomfortable in my ear and the sound was not what I expected from beats I returned this item

Battery dies fairly quickly and charging takes a while. Lucky for Bestbuy they only give you 2 weeks to make a return or I'd take them back.

Wont stay connected. People can’t hear me and I can’t hear. They disconnect while connected during a call

Right one stopped working and have had to repeatedly reset and reconnect them to my iphone

Only worked for a few days then stopped. Wouldn’t charge after that. Can’t return it either. Oh well.

Good neutral sound. Works without requiring connection to an app. Short battery life (but gotta compromise with the size). Very poor connectivity. If I leave my room the sound gets cut off. Requiring a Lightning cable for charging is dumb. Should've been USB-C. Left earpiece kind of hurts my ear a bit.

Garbage do not buy, one or both are always dead. Can not tell if they are both actually chargung and if case moves at all they turn on and go dead in case, so EVERY TIME i try to use them one or both are dead. Complete waste of money. And at the time of purchase at the location i purchased them they said they were no longer offering the best buy warranty on headphones. So i am stuck with the garbage product.

They look cool but the sound is super low like you could still hear you’re self singing along so sounds kinda sucks in my opinion
