The sound is amazing and, with the earhooks, they feel amazingly secure. I have had trouble with in-ear headphones without hooks staying snug, but these not only stay snug, but my earlobes don't even start to ache after long wear. The provided inserts should make them just as comfortable for most users (though I found the preinstalled ones are right for me). I also like the controls being on both pieces and the ability to use just one of them as a phone headset. I haven't found anything I don't like about them!

This is my 3rd pair of beats, 2nd wireless pair. These being completely wireless is AMAZING!!!! Especially now with wearing mask and stuff. Being able to use 1 ear piece at a time is awesome. The case charges the headphones on the go which is great. I only charge the case once a week and that’s from using the left headphone everyday for at least 7-8 hours. The first month the headphone did hurt my ear. But after a while I got use to them. I do wish the case was smaller but other than that definitely worth the buy.
