Fantastic over the ear. Only buying new is bc I lost one after owning for 5+ years.

Great sound, comfortable but easy to lose

Had to go to the Apple Store in-person to troubleshoot them. After that, they worked fine until I lost them! Note: the find my beats feature only works if you allow the app permissions to your location all the time, not just only while I'm using the app.

This is helpful especially when you have them in the ear for a long time, you can give your ear a break and still continue to listen to your message or music without pausing. I believe I will continue to love them even more as time goes by.
