Pairing Capability is Poor - No Sound in Both Buds

I've tried three charging cases now and the left ear bud will not pair consistently - which means no sound. This flaw renders these headphones useless in my opinion. I won't but any more Dr. Dre products in the future.

And I gotta say, I love them more than my old airpods! Mainly because I used the AirPods for working out and they would ALWAYS fall out. But the Powerbeats Pro... They haven't came CLOSE to falling out yet. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
