Stay away!

Please read and believe the reviews about not charging. The case charges as expected but the ear pieces do not. They have to be nestled perfectly in the case to charge, and there is absolutely no way to know if they are nestled perfectly. There is a design flaw in the case system. I wouldn't mind having to deal with this if the unit was cheaper, but at this price I expect a flawless charging system. I expect more than having to wriggle the earpiece around in the case, wait for 15 minutes to see if it is charging, then wriggle around some more if it isn't and repeat the process until it charges. IMHO find an alternative headset. And yes, I keep them clean so there is no issue with dirt (or whatever) interfering with the connection.
