These fit nice and secure and are sweat proof. Volume is not extremely loud but loud enough. I would recommend them especially for athletes

Not as good as AirPod pros, but better than AirPods 1 and 2. Only thing annoying is they get caught on the masks. They did hurt my ears but the ear hooks actually bend to adjust.
