The fit and the fact that it easily disconnects make it so I never use these

I have to say that these were the most comfortable wireless headphones I have used. The sound quality wasn't great at all compared to non-brand wireless headphones. I also experienced a lot of issues taking on the phone with these on a samsung.

Crisp and clear. The battery life is wonderful. I listen to music and streaming for hours, they do not fall out of your ears. These Beats are great.

I tried AirPods and I have these. AirPods seem better for basic usage i.e. driving, around the house, running errands. These are better for more physical activity like working out, running, etc. The downside with these is my ears start hurting a little after a while.

Love the ez of connectivity to my phone. Had to return for second set was not holding the charge. Bought the Apple warranty no problem on getting a new set. Well worth the price especially if you can catch them on sale.

Great color, great sound and my child loves it. I will definitely Will recommend it, specially if is bought at BESTBUY.

Love my beats. The sound is great. The problem I have is I had them for one month and then the right ear buds buttons stopped working. So I took then in to get fixed. It took 2 1/2 months for me to get them back. They said it was repaired 2 weeks after I took them in and they were delivered. They were not. Finally called support and they said go into the store. Went back to the store and they told me they had them. Ok great. Gave them to me they worked for a week and they broke again. I’m over trying to fix them. About to just take the loss. To much hassle. Would not recommend these earbuds. Prefer air pods.

Great sound thought they would be louder! Also thought there would be an app where you could adjust sound settings but there is not! Other than that they do work well!

Good set of earbuds since they go over the ear they don’t fall out the battery last a long time only downside is the case is a bit big

I have the AirPods Pro but saw these on sale and I had a gift card so I thought I would try them. So far I have to say I like them better than the AirPods Pro. I am thinking it has a lot to do with having the ear hooks which I understand are not for everyone.

So comfortable you forget you have them in. Tried several different earbuds & with every pair, one or the other would inevitably fall out. Sound is great.

I love how secure they fit over the ear and how great they sound. The only downside is that if I wear them for more than an hour they start pinching my ears a little.

they are amazing, my husband love them so much! this are his 3rd pair he got almost every color.

Love these headphones. Simple and easy to use. I was skeptical b/c I bought the Powerbeats2 and hated them. I figured I’d give these a shot since that was a long time ago and they haven’t disappointed. Definitely suggest getting AppleCare for them.

I love them i’ve had them for a year after this new iphone update though they have been acting up a little but not sure if its my phone or my ear piece since i have dropped it a couple of times

Fit nicely, but the audio coming in was very distorted and going out was mediocre. Good battery life.

I love these!!! What I like the best is that they stay on my ears and I can still wear my glasses. The sound is great and very easy to use the controls.
