Customer Ratings & Reviews

Bought these for my girlfriend several months ago and frankly they have cost me more in time with the warranty people at Apple than the exorbitant price tag justifies. Full disclosure I am well above average tech saavy and these plain don't work. Warranty wants you to try all these different things which end up being a stall tactic for the fact they need to repair or replace. I just shipped these back to Apple. The bluetooth cuts in and out I have one side that won't charge and they really don't provide any advantage over any other headphone except they strap to your ear and no chords ( no music either). Poorly rolled out product if I hadn't played ball with the warranty so long I would have returned these a long time ago

Excellent sound, great battery and overall great product

Good sound. Great at staying in the ear. They won’t fall off.

I want to give these 5 stars but i cant due to the issues i have with the charging case. No matter how hard i try to make sure the contacts are touching it seems like one of them is always dead when i want to use it. There is also an issue with it displaying if its charging or not on the phone

Good product performance, pairs seamlessly with iPhone.

great head phones! My daughter took mine because she loves them so much that I went out and bought a new pair

Absolutely perfect. These headphones are great for the gym.

The case is HUGE!! Can’t fit in my small purse, can’t fit in my jeans pocket, can’t fit in my scrubs without bulging out. I don’t know about this. The sound quality is okay.

Great product and fast turnaround on order! Totally satisfied

Hello everyone, this product is superb! It's multifunction makes it an ease to connect. Wireless BLUETOOTH Speakers it's the new thing. Incredible

They are so good I have to buy more as gifts! Hubby LOVES them and will not use any other brand.

I love these headphones so much I have multiple pairs.

Battery drain to fast but other than that it great

Love it got one for me and my wife! Set up super easy!! Flipped the case opened and automatically paired with my iPhone XR!!

If you don’t have them on and you get a phone call it’s hard to put them in that quick. Had them in on plane for 6 hrs and my ears were hurting after 2 hours.

I use these everyday as work headphones as well as working out. No issues with people hearing me when using them on a phone call.

I purchased the AirPod Pros but they were falling out of my ears, so I settled for Powerbeats Pro. Quality and features are not as good as the AirPod Pros but they don’t fall out. There is some discomfort at the bottom of each ear after wearing them for an extended amount of time. Probably have to break them in. Oh, the case is HUGE. I would recommend them with caution.

Great product! I gifted these to my wife and enjoyed them.

Headphones produce a very clear sound and are comfortable!

Love love love these headphones, will continue to buy them every few years or with new technology.
