Don't Believe The Hype!

I've never been more disappointed in a set of earbuds. These things sound the same as a pair you could buy for $29. The fit is terrible. The sound is tinny. The only way to get any decent sound is to press them into your ears and hold them. I have tried all of the ear pieces that come with it. It doesn't matter. Do yourself a favor and buy a pair for much cheaper. They will sound better and they will fit better.

Good Fit!

I have been a loyal Beats fan and these did not disappoint. I tried AirPods Pro and the Beats Buds, and both were not comfortable in my ears. I was hesitant to use the over the ear piece, but I rarely notice them being around my ear.

Will not pair with iPhone; not user error

The first set, I could only get the right ear bud to pair with my iPhone 13. I went through every support document I could find, and performed all of the suggested fixes, to no avail. I exchanged them for another set. This time only the right ear bud would pair. I exchanged the second set for another set. This time neither of them would pair. I took them to the Apple Store to confirm it wasn't user error. The folks at the Genius Bar couldn't get a different result. So, I gave up on Beats.

Have been using it in the gym and they don't fall off. Voice quality is excellent. There is one weird problem, the play on/off button is quite sensitive so when I wear my ear muffs it keeps turning the music/phone on/off and can be annoying. Moving track forward and back is excellent. Have not seen other headphones do that this well
