Had issues with Blue tooth connection to them and car connection. Returned the first pair; second ones seem ok. I would recommend getting them from somewhere else though. Friendlier exchange policy than BB.

This head set is great, I had the first and second gen This is by far the best the sound is similar to the bose soundbar.

The headphones do have good sound however they are tough to get to fit and are a pain to get them in your ears. I ended up returning them due to the fit.

These beats are the best. Such clarity. When your on the phone it cancels out background noise. I would definitely recommend these.

I'm unable to write a review due not even getting my beats pro headphones, my package was supposed to be delivered by "roadie" they canceled my order and when I called best buy, they told me that they canceled my order & still have yet to return the money into my account. I asked if I was able to do store pick up, they stated that I have to wait 7-10 days after the item was returned to them in order for me to get my money back, which by the way was/is completely out of my control. BEST BUY I want my money back now & i will no longer be making purchases within this company again!
