I actually like these more than my AirPod Pros believe it or not. The piece behind the ear would be my only gripe if I had one. Because if you use them long term, it will start to feel it behind your ear. Sound is great! Everything I hoped for. Just try them if you don’t like em just bring them back an get you money back. But I seriously don’t think that will be the case once you try them out! Highly recommended!

I owned beats over ear headphones ten years ago and I brought these because the old Bose wireless headphones were too heavy and bulky, but I loved how they sound. I brought these because they were lighter and didn't protrude from my ears as much. They are just average headphones and I will be buying the new edition of the Bose wireless.

I bought these headphones and I was happy. After a few months one earphone stopped charging so I made an appointment By using the best buy website. I showed up at the store at the appointed time. Imagine my surprise when I found out that despite the appointment, I had to queue up with people who also came to the store for a similar reason without an appointment. I asked the manager to explain the situation. MakingAppointment is for that the store will knows that I will appear. And then I have to wait like at a doctor's appointment. That was the manager's explanation for my complaint. And that they don't have enough people, so what are these appointments online for? I was not only one at the long line in the store with the appointment. It was a cesar bay at brooklyn. Shame on you Best buy store. Despite my dedicated, or rather wasted time, I still had to do an appointment to the apple store to solve the problem with my headphones.
