sold me open box as brand new with replaced parts
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the box fell out and all the contents fell all over the floor once i took off the outer plastic wrap. usually there are stickers holding the box in. the box seemed opened already. the inside of the charge case already had grease from someones hand. the right side ear bud was damaged physically the play button wouldnt click. the sound on both headphones sound... "fake" or maybe they were replaced with defective units after whoever already opened this product and decided to reseal them with defective units. i own 6 powerbeats products 3 of them powerbeats pro and they all sound alike. these, have NO bass and its treble is so sharp its like needles in my ear.

Absolutely great for the gym
