These were definitely tricky to put on the first couple of times but now that I have the hang of it, they aren't that bad getting on or taking them off. They offer great sound quality and seem to block out outside noises when on a call. They are a bit heavier on the ears than earbuds that just sit in the ear, but I prefer these because regular earbuds don't stay in my ears all that well.

The sound is awesome. Very comfortable fit on ears and I love the color.

this is my 3rd generation of the beats headphones. i like the new charging system as my previous beats seem to quit working from overcharging

They are comfortable and cute! Easy to use and great sound quality!

Love them, great quality of sound, no pairing issue. The only issue is the fit around my ear/ can be slightly uncomfortable/ slide off especially over the string of required masks. Not completely certain if discomfort is from headphones alone or with the combination of the mask as I only wear one at a time while walking or working out and the only ear with discomfort is the ear with headphones.

Absolute last pair of headphones I’m buying from beats. I had them for three days already there malfunctioning mind you they are brand new not refurbished. Sometimes one connects and the other doesn’t to do this wired frequency thing in your ear that my old ones I had for three years did. I thought it was because I needed a new pair nope does the fact same thing.

For the price not the best not the worst. Really suprised with the mic quality.

6 months after purchase, the headphones wont connect. I finally did a update and now only one connects to my phone (galaxy note 9) Thought maybe it was my phone so I connected it to my iPhone X... still not working. I did a full reset with apple support on the phone... still did not work. You cant just walk up to the apple store and see about getting them replaced or fixed. You have to set up an appointment, if you they have "availability" me personally I dont have time to accommodate their schedule due to my job.... I'm so annoyed with this product. We pay way too much money to just have this product crap out over a 6 month period ... I'm still waiting to fix the issue.
