I love my Beats. It was everything I wanted. It has amazing sound, holds in place during my workouts, and easy to charge.

These are the best ear buds I’ve ever owned. The sound is incredible and they are secure in my ear. And the colors are great!

PITA have to download an app to use them, and the bass SUCKS. Tried them out, returned them immediately. Terrible quality for the price. Granted, i listen to rock, but these are called BEATS...so why such terrible, tinny sound?

It sounds really nice, but the part that goes around my ears makes the back of my ear’s very sore so I can’t really use them

I had these for about 4 hours before I returned them. My wife told me that there was a strange noise coming through the headset to her. We were both using iPhone XRs. The in-ear Beats products and I have always had issues. The sound was good, but should have been better. I also had a hard time getting them to fit in my ear. The Jaybird Vista sounds better and is customizable. The Sony WF1000XM3 is what I went with. If one cannot get a good seal in the ear, no headphones are any good.

After trying to run using my wife’s AirPods, I realized they weren’t going to work. These are the next best thing if you plan on using them for working out. Easy pairing and communication. Auto-play when you put them in is a great feature too.

They don’t stay connected to the phone, I have to connect them every single time. Even then, only one of the pieces will connect while the other doesn’t. They die in less than 30 mins whether I’m using them or not. I already returned the purchase. Employee at store said this isn’t the first time she’s told they’re defected.

I purchased these earphones in September 2019 and around Mid October, the reliability of connectivity stop working. One earphone would work, then the opposite earphone you would hear nothing. I immediately called Apple and the support person stated he would send me a box and return them for repairs. But, shortly after that phone call, I was able to get the earphones working. Apple never sent the box and I never followed back up with Apple because they seemed to working fine. As time went by, I would never know when the earphones would work or not. Again, I called Apple on 1/6/2020 and the support stated that he will send me a box for return. I asked, what I'm going to listen to? I suggested they just send me a new set and I will send the old ones when I get the new ones. Apple support stated, I can give them my credit card number and they will send a new set out and when they received the old ones, they will not charge my Credit Card. I declined leaving my credit card number, because. like they don't trust me to get the old ones returned, I don't trust them with my credit card number. So I'm waiting on the box, so I can return these High Dollar, unreliable earphones. I have owned several Beats head phones, these are the worst and most unreliable. I can remember better customer service from Beats, but like everything else in life, it's all about money and customer service comes second.

Great sound. Fit well. Telephone quality is good and I appreciate the hooks that keep them from falling out of your ears (unlike airpods).

Good product, the ear attachments could be smaller for my teenage daughter....she says they hurt her ears after a while. Great sound, just a lil pricey

Love em. I do road cycling/olympic weightlifting. They never fall out. Great sound and nice look. Excellent call quality

They look really stupid but the sound quality, noise cancellation and the fit make up for it. Best on the market for working out.

Great upgrade to my older Generation Device. It was just enough of a change to pull the trigger on a new one.

Sounds great but after about 5 minutes it starts to irritate my ears as it sits there. I tried all different sizes of ear pieces and no change in how comfortable they are.

Love the quality, battery life, and color. They are great to wear while working out and lounging around. Charging case is awesome too!
