Love them, great quality of sound, no pairing issue. The only issue is the fit around my ear/ can be slightly uncomfortable/ slide off especially over the string of required masks. Not completely certain if discomfort is from headphones alone or with the combination of the mask as I only wear one at a time while walking or working out and the only ear with discomfort is the ear with headphones.

Our Road trip was so enjoyable because everyone could listen to their own personal music and podcasts. A dream come true.

I purchased the same pair of Beats years ago and loved how quickly they connected as soon as I put them in my ear. However, this new pair continually shuts off while in my ear if I'm not listening to anything, which is annoying since I have to switch earbuds constantly. I've tried resetting them as instructed on Apple's guide, but it doesn't fix the problem.

I really a good set of headphones I really like sound and how they fit

6 months after purchase, the headphones wont connect. I finally did a update and now only one connects to my phone (galaxy note 9) Thought maybe it was my phone so I connected it to my iPhone X... still not working. I did a full reset with apple support on the phone... still did not work. You cant just walk up to the apple store and see about getting them replaced or fixed. You have to set up an appointment, if you they have "availability" me personally I dont have time to accommodate their schedule due to my job.... I'm so annoyed with this product. We pay way too much money to just have this product crap out over a 6 month period ... I'm still waiting to fix the issue.

The Beats by Dre Powerbeats Pro have really come a long way. The smallest advances in their technology have made them easier to use.

Works excellent for 2-2.5 years but then battery try doesn’t last for even 30min.

I have had my Powerbeats Pro for about 3 months now. When I first got them they worked amazing would connect right away and charge perfectly all the time. As time has gone on this is not the case anymore. It usually takes me about 10 minutes of unpair and forgetting the device and plugging them into the computer just to get them to connect to my Iphone X. Even when both headphones are fully seated in their case one of the headphones will always be dead making me wait so that it will charge up enough to use, if it lets me connect to them. I would not have spent the money that they want for these if I knew ahead of time how junky and pushed ahead of their time that these obviously are. Maybe in another year or two these will be perfected and worth the money, but right now I would buy something else.

Voice is not so clear when on a phone call. Audio is good

I only gave these a rating of 4 stars because I owned a previous pair and my right one quit working unexpectedly on me. Otherwise, I would’ve given them 5 stars. I mainly wear these for working up. So they do stand against sweat and the sauna. Great for ínstense or plyometric workouts because they stay out when jumping about. I can still make it answer a call from these.
