The sound is good but the left one doesnt charge or work at all.

We bought these beats headphones for my husband, our daughter went in on the gift too. He used them at the gym for the first time and really liked them.

Im convinced that these are just the worst headphones and do not last. This is the second pair that I waste my money on and they barely last a year. They begin to unpair in the middle of my workouts. Now, my left headphone does not work at all. Does not matter if I restart my phone, unpair and repair the headphones. They just do not work. This is the last time I spend my money on anything Beat related.

I am a petite woman and these did not fit me at all. I could not get them to stay on my ears. Just putting them around the ears was a struggle. No comment on the sound as I never connected them.

Great earphones, love not having the wire in the back and the ability to take an earphone out and have music pause. Also the charging case is cool

Great price at purchase time! They are very comfortable to wear and you don’t have to worry losing them because they are in a nice size carrying case.

Love the color and sound...I recommend you get a pair because you’ll love the wireless! Hate the bulky storage case but I’m sure beats will figure out a more compact solution

Love the headphones. Purchased these for my wife after my son and I had a pair. Color is pretty mild compared to what we were expecting, which is a bonus.

The color looks more like swamp green, but is is unique. The product performance is what matters and these beats perform excellently. Great buy worth every penny.

The sound quality is superb. I’m not that crazy about the comfort level, and you can’t take off your mask without taking out the headphones. But i do like them. Love the color.

I had to Bluetooth this device every time I turned on the TV. Never had to with any other device. Also, the range was not as good as my Bose wireless.

This is my 2nd time buying this product. Had to get a pair for the wife. These things are amazing! If you're a workout guru this will add to your workout.

These are great, especially for folks with smaller ears canals. I bought these for my wife who had Airpod Pros, but these work much better for her.

I bought these brand new for my husband as a Christmas present online since we do not have a best buy close by, he opened them Christmas day we tried pairing them nothing worked , i have the same kind so we know exactly how they should work , they never worked so i called and they said we would have to drive to an actual store and have them tell us they don't work before they would exchange for ones that worked , which the reason we did not buy them from an actual store we had to order online. So now i have 150$ earbuds that never worked and in order for best buy to make it right we have to go find a store! I will never buy another thing from this place!

My daughter wanted these pink wireless earphones for Christmas. She uses them all the time especially when running.

Easily the worst piece of technology I've ever bought. I previously had a pair of Powerbeats 3 that I LOVED. Absolutely loved them, and completely wore them out. I bought these because I thought they would be a nice successor. They were not. Because they're truly wireless, both headphones charges separately in the case. This would not be a problem if the case consistently charged the headphones. It does not. If the charging prongs aren't lined up EXACTLY right, one of the headphones won't charge. If a feather lands on the case while the headphones are charging and ever so slightly shifts the balance, the headphones will pop off the prongs and not charge. If you CLOSE THE CASE too hard, it will knock them out of alignment and they won't charge. I've wasted HOURS of my life sitting on the couch in running gear waiting for one of headphones to charge so I can get outside. This is made worse by the absolutely awful interface between the headphones and my iPhone. You would think that, given the fact Apple own both iPhone and Beats, they would be easy to use together. They do pair with relative ease, but it is far too laborious to see what the charge level of the headphones is on your iPhone (and you can't tell without pairing them how charged they are). Why isn't there an app for this?? If you want to see how charged each headphone is you have to put them both in pairing mode, and toggle bluetooth on and off until the stars align and you get the Apple pop-up showing . Like I said, worst tech I've ever bought. Frustratingly overdesigned in all of the ways that don't count, at the expense of basic functionality. Going to try to return these even though i'm past the 30 day mark - I would literally take ANY money back, that is how desperate I am to rid my life of these.

Really great quality! Love that there are several new colors offered now that weren't being offered before. Premium sound and easy to pair to your phone.
