Connectivity issues

Sound quality is good but it really is a struggle to get both headphones to connect. Usually the right one is the biggest pain. I find myself having to reset them just to use them every time.

Great Battery and features, Comfort Not So much

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For its market and year of release, it is a good product with good sound and battery life, The cost of $2249 still cannot be justified in 2020 and the comfort is very subjective. I could not keep it in the ear for more than 40 minutes as the hard plastic kept pressing in and making the ear sore. Apart from price and comfort, its a good product who like to stay within the apple ecosystem and enjoy its proprietary features and ease of use.
