I've owned the PowerBeats2 for quite some time, so I was truly looking forward to finally getting the Pros! Easy to connect (iPhone), more comfortable than the 2s, BUT, the sound quality on the 2s, IMO, are better. The Pros have weak volume...I'll have the Pros on the highest level, and it's not as loud as the 2s. I was disappointed. I've tried the firmware updates, and the sound is still an issue. Still a nice set, but the volume is my reason for 3 Star review. Otherwise, I'd rate them 5.

I like that they automatically sync to your iPhone and iPad initially when you open case ... sound great and does not fall out of ear when working out

I bought these for my wife on her birthday. The ear clamps help prevent her from losing the ear plugs while working out and the sound is great.

They sound good, if you can get a good fit. In my case, I couldn't get a very good fit, so I had to return them. As everyone else says, the charging case is a monster.

These earphones have trouble connecting easily to devices. Often you have to turn blue tooth on and off, put them back in their case. Many times one of the two doesn't connect so you have to put them back and start over. When they are both connected and working, they sound great and good comfortable fit. Sometimes for whatever reason one charges more than the other, so one will die. I wish it had a microphone to take a call, but I knew it didn't when I bought it.
