These headphones came with a lot of excitement and expectations. Literally took weeks to find them at any retailer or any website. Honestly, the waiting only added to my lofty expectations because if they’re sold out everywhere they must be AMAZING. After finally seeing them in stock on the Best Buy website I didn’t hesitate to order them. Purchasing was easy and delivery came quickly. That’s pretty much where the positives end for me. The headphones themselves are relatively comfortable but like a lot of people are saying, the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. I’ll be honest and say that changing the ear buds to get a better seal and address how “tinny” the sound was at times makes a difference. It definitely helped some but I still believe these don’t live up to expectations. The size of the carrying case is overstated by a lot of reviewers as I don’t find it to be overly large or bulky even compared to my AirPods. For me I’m just disappointed at the sound quality. Maybe my expectations were too high but for this price tag I say the end results were too low.

They are AMAZING headphones!!! BUT …im not a fan of being watched by security the way I was for that in store pick up. Thats probably my last time in best buy. The headphones last a few years

These are some excellent earbuds! easy to charge and its cordless feature allows you to do any activity while wearing them.

Purchased these for Teams/Zoom calls and other videoconferencing for work. They sound fine for conversations. Not recommended for music though, these sound terrible for the price. Also, I have problems with charging these earbuds. When storing in the charging case, I listen for the click it makes so that I think they're secure and will charge. But I'm wrong, they don't always charge. Sometimes one earbud will be charged up and the other will not. Its behavior is not consistent. I've had these for less than two months, but I wish I could take them back. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because when the earbuds actually do charge up, they work for my intended purpose, which is not listening to music.

Love them the work great! Use them all the time no problems with them falling out of my ear when I’m busy.

Excellent for daily use and for workouts. I don’t have to worry about them falling out. The charging case is excellent as well.

I have small ear canals and these fit great! They stay in my ears without falling out!
