It works fine but it's flimsy and doesn't really stay inside your ear. It seems kind they focused more on the safety of it not falling off the ear than the quality of keeping the buds in. Also, I'd they proceed with this series, I suggest wait for the USBC charging port.

When I Came into bestbuy to purchase my beats by dre earphones a very nice greeter at the front door named RUDY welcomed me into the store. I could not find any one that could help me get the headphones from out of the case. At this point, Rudy was not supposed to leave the front of the store but he did just to help me. He was awesome. The customer service that i received was excellent.

Great sound and these hold into your ear without movement or having to worry about cords.

I really like these for working out. My only issue is the charging case. The left earbud doesn’t sit properly when closed. Tried everything and can’t get it to charge properly. Not happy when i get to the gym and the left earbud is at 5%!!!!

Awesome sound, but awkward fit. Must get adjusted to replacing them in the charging case also.

No active nose cancellation for these headphones, which was disappointing. These headphones did hurt my ears while I was wearing them for an extended period of time so definitely weren’t that comfortable. The sound that comes out of these headphones are good though.I just had higher expectations considering the price.

I bought these shortly after they came out. I used them for calls, working out, meetings, etc. They worked great for a few months then they started getting this skreetching/static sound. Sent them into Apple for repair. They fixed them and sent them back. Good for about a month, then it happened again. Called apple, sent them back in and again, fine for a few months. Next issue was that they stopped both connecting and random times. One would work the other would not. Also, the left one does not seem to charge right. I called Apple yet again and a Senior tech called back and rude after I asked for a partial refund. They sounded good when they worked and battery life was awesome.

Great sound. Great fit. Battery life is good, could be better. Wish there were more firmware updates similar to the AirPods, although I understand this is a beats branded product , not officially apple. Sometimes headphones will activate when in my pocket or randomly at home when outside of the case.

This my second pair I purchased. I wear the all day long, very comfortable fit. The second pair was for my wife.

If you want good minimalist headphones, we highly recommend very good bass, good mids and highs

Purchase because I need something for my music meditation at night. They work great as Insleepnas well.

Feels just like apple air pods for Droid users. Only complaint is it disconnects sometimes and it is hard to reconnect
