I bought this for my wife. She loves it, especially for people that need more support. For the Price, I would expect it to have some of the features of AirPros Pro, like Spatial Audio.

Great earbuds! The buttons on the side of each earbud aren’t the best. Sound quality is very good and the earbuds are comfortable.

They don’t stay connected to the phone, I have to connect them every single time. Even then, only one of the pieces will connect while the other doesn’t. They die in less than 30 mins whether I’m using them or not. I already returned the purchase. Employee at store said this isn’t the first time she’s told they’re defected.

Sooo irritating. Works great, fits ok, but when you seat them in the charging case give them an extra tap. If you don’t seat them properly they won’t charge and you won’t know.

I like the sound quality and battery life, but sometimes the fit will irritate my ear

Way better for running than the AirPods. My AirPods stopped working after countless drops while running. The only problem I have with the Powerbeats is that I constantly have to reset them due to pairing issues.

I always get good and Courtesy service when I go to best buy at North Lake. I will continue to shop there.

They are great that's it. It would be even better if you could tap to click over to catch an incoming call.

Great everything absolutely no complaints only the beats logo peeled off but this only happened on my second pair

These are the second pair that we own. We love them! Only downside is that the battery degrades in like 2 years…

These earphones are better than my previous ones because they actually tell you who’s calling you. My other ones never did that or maybe I didn’t have them set up like that, but I truly like these.

I’m able to put these beats on and work with out the hassle of holding the phone and I can listen to music anytime I want

-1 star for the bulkiness. Otherwise very practical and premium feel. I enjoy running with these and they are perfect for what I need.

Very painful to the ear..not noise wise but comfort. The longer you wear it the worse your ear feels.. sounds good tho.

Ill give these 3 stars because my left one stopped working. They are good and you know beats quality however, I have always had an issue about it with one losing its sound.
