These earbuds are a complete waste of money. They constantly struggle to pair, and only one earbud ever works at a time. Overrated and overpriced. Much cheaper and functional options available.

I purchased these earphones in September 2019 and around Mid October, the reliability of connectivity stop working. One earphone would work, then the opposite earphone you would hear nothing. I immediately called Apple and the support person stated he would send me a box and return them for repairs. But, shortly after that phone call, I was able to get the earphones working. Apple never sent the box and I never followed back up with Apple because they seemed to working fine. As time went by, I would never know when the earphones would work or not. Again, I called Apple on 1/6/2020 and the support stated that he will send me a box for return. I asked, what I'm going to listen to? I suggested they just send me a new set and I will send the old ones when I get the new ones. Apple support stated, I can give them my credit card number and they will send a new set out and when they received the old ones, they will not charge my Credit Card. I declined leaving my credit card number, because. like they don't trust me to get the old ones returned, I don't trust them with my credit card number. So I'm waiting on the box, so I can return these High Dollar, unreliable earphones. I have owned several Beats head phones, these are the worst and most unreliable. I can remember better customer service from Beats, but like everything else in life, it's all about money and customer service comes second.

Good product, the ear attachments could be smaller for my teenage daughter....she says they hurt her ears after a while. Great sound, just a lil pricey

Great upgrade to my older Generation Device. It was just enough of a change to pull the trigger on a new one.

They look really stupid but the sound quality, noise cancellation and the fit make up for it. Best on the market for working out.

I have 2 pairs of these now, battery last a long time and the quality is great especially for the price

Sounds great but after about 5 minutes it starts to irritate my ears as it sits there. I tried all different sizes of ear pieces and no change in how comfortable they are.

The sound was good. They did not fit nicely in my ears. It may work for others, but not me.

Love the quality, battery life, and color. They are great to wear while working out and lounging around. Charging case is awesome too!

The Beats used to be a great pair of earbuds; but their quality has fallen significantly. With a brand-new pair of a version that supposedly has an improved battery life, more often than not after even a good 12 hrs of non-use and plenty of powering up, I have difficulty connecting and the report is that the left-side headphones have single-digit % power. Either their storage container fails to share a battery charge across all 3 key parts of the earbuds or there is a regular auto-connect with my iPhone - even after I tell my phone to forget the earbuds for their battery protection - that drains the batteries in a really stupid fashion. This is the last time I'll buy the Beats earbuds. I've given up.

Good sound sometimes the connection acts up but overall good product. I sweat a lot when I run so far they haven’t failed on the sweat resistant part which is an issue I had with older models of this brand. So far I’m happy.

I had AirPods Pro before this and let me tell you, this is 100% a better product! I guess if I had to say something negative about this product, the case is a bit large.

I love the beats only thing thing it doesn’t have noise canceling otherwise I like it

Right ear bud stopped working 6 months after purchase due to ear bud would not hold a charge anymore.

At first I was hesitant in paying so much money for headphones. But it was worth it. Quality sound and very light earpieces.

Great headphones for all activities. Stay in your ears good and good for noise cancelling too!

Works great. I bought a refurbished one earlier and it started giving me static within a few weeks. This one has been flawless so far and then range is awesome.

I bought the corded ones first and then these. They NEVER fall out my ears and they are loud! Well worth the money.

I use these earphones for the gym but unfortunately for me since my ears are pretty small they get uncomfortable after a while. My boyfriend uses them more often and he has never had a complaint. The noise quality is amazing!

Dont have any issues with this other that the battery life 6 hours only it not even a full work day
