    Great All-Around Listening Experience

I bought these for several reasons: I have mostly Apple products, so they would have seamless integration; the advertised long battery life; the true wireless experience; and the advertised sound quality. I had never been a fan of Beats products, so I bought these out of a lot of hesitation. Working at Target in the early 2010s, I saw a lot of defective Beats headphones returned. A LOT. Now that Apple owns Beats and has done a lot of work to improve them, I thought I would give them a shot. These Powerbeats Pro sound and feel amazing. I forget that I am wearing them most of the time. I wear them for most of the day without putting them back in the case, and I rarely get a low battery notification. That said, the battery in the case is rather small and I'm constantly having to plug it in.

It's a Beats product, so my expected level of sound quality was certainly met. fits great; and I now have no worries of losing my earbuds while jogging, golfing and other active sports.

Good sound and good looking earphones. The case is nice and it’s not too big or bulky. They stay out on my ears without hurting. The earbuds are comfortable as well. Good for using while doing activities.

*Primary use is gym and talking on the phone* I had the powerbeats3 (before Apple bought Beats) and they were the best workout and general use headphones i ever had. I was incredibly mad when they finally called it quits on me and the earpiece broke leaving me to get a new pair of headphones. So what was next? another pair of Powerbeats3 (apple as manufacturer) or try out these new Powerbeats Pro? Well, I'm screwed as an android user either way because both are made by Apple and preloaded with Apple software. I decided to go with the Powerbeats and let the complaints begin! First, you can buy Sony MX3's & Bose QC35's on sale for just as much if not maybe $20-$30 more than these (dont try and call me out on this because these prices were up last week on the BestBuy website). Though i wouldn't use those headphones at the gym, some people do, and when you compare tech and price point these fall incredibly short. Also worth pointing out those headphones carry a 15+ hour battery life. Second, whatever software is loaded wreaked, and continues to wreak, havoc on the streaming of my videos on my Galaxy s10+. Specifically this interferes with YouTube constantly. Regardless of the features, such as pausing the video when you take off one of the earpieces, this buffers and pauses the video constantly with no interference from me (the user). Third, as many people have complained, the charging case, while incredibly useful (when it works) is bulky and the earpieces don't always charge. Mine are less than a year old and i have had earpiece charging issues for the past 2 months. I went to the website, followed troubleshooting (cleaning, unpair, ect) and nope! still have issues charging. The light on the case used to light up when the pieces were in and charging (even if it was not plugged in) but now it doesnt. All that being said, i use these mostly for the gym and talking on the phone. People can hear me and the earpieces stay on about 98% of the time when working out. So when they work, they are great for what i bought them for, but now they are not reliable. AVOID - Just another unjustified, overpriced, Apple product programmed to die so you can spend more money. When these kick off i am going somewhere else.

I have been using these headphones for quite some time now. They have excellent sound quality. I love the easy to use volume feature and song pause/playback, and my favorite part is using Siri. I use these for my daily run and they have never fallen out of my ears once. I also get extremely sweaty, have ran in pouring rain, and have not had any issues whatsoever when wet. Because I do my runs and walks alone and am female, I love the fact that if I feel unsafe at any time, I can activate Siri with my voice to call my spouse or emergency services without having to waste time trying to call on my watch-and that feature has never failed me once and the audio is crystal clear. That peace of mind alone makes these five stars for me!

Great sound and very easy to use. Just what i would expect with a Beats headphones, bass out the ace. You just can't stand in between the headphones and your phone, it loses connection easily.

I began using this model about 4 years ago. At first my family didn't like them and they kept using their regular AirPods and their Pro's. Well, one by one I've convinced them to all convert to these. We each have different colored ones, though the cases are all black. That's one drawback, so we had to mark the outsides of our cases to distinguish them. They sound great, stay on, and are great for exercising.

They are much more secure in my ear then the others that I have tried that would fall when i moved around. The con is they do get uncomfortable after some time, my ears start to hurt. I wear the smallest rubber pieces...because I have small ear holes. I gave it a 4 because they do get issues of static or breaking up....which from what I see any ear buds that aren't wired will experience disruptions whether 20 dollar buds or 200 buds. I believe the wireless buds that only has a wire from one bud to the other but doesnt have to be wired to the device....(overall bluetooth enabled through the phone) has better quality... Nonetheless they are pretty good buds. So I wouldn't say its a bad move to purchase these but there are some least costly ear buds with similar quality. Its really a matter of preference. Hope this helps

I like these headphones! I want to love them but so far I like them. They stay in better than my AirPod pro’s so that’s a huge plus and I love the color and fit when I finally do get them in. I struggled with getting them in at first and they don’t always stay in ear. I can hear the difference when I’m running and they become slightly dislodged. I also don’t like how careful you have to be when you’re putting them into the case to make sure that they’re both properly charging. Once I assumed since they were both in that all was good till I went back to use them and once was completely drained because it wasn’t “in” properly. The pins seem quite sensitive. Overall they’re good headphones and I prefer them to my AirPod pro’s but they’re not the best ever. Could just be me though

I love how tech savvy these head phones are. They are seamlessly compatible with iPhone and other Apple products. I was originally indecisive about getting these or the AirPods. I had gone through many reviews for the AirPods and I saw quite a few people complaining about how they didn’t fit into their ears after a week or so. I didn’t want to possibly have to go through that because I have a small head compared to others and who knows how irregular my ears may be! I made the right choice because these headphones fit perfectly and can even be adjusted. Great upgrade to the previous PowerBeats. I’ve even dropped my case multiple times and it still works just fine. I think now I want to try to find an actual carrying case for them.
