great sound, but fragile

Apple replaced them with no issue, but now I wait for then to for again. I would recommend them if you don't take them outside or are not rough on your stuff...

Uncomfortable

The sound was ok but the cord is annoying. I returned them and am going to buy the ear pods from Apple for my 7 plus

Very easy to use and simple to setup. Fits snugly into the ear and literally "plugs" into the ear for noise-cancelling effect. Overall I'd recommend these to anyone seeking a high end Bluetooth ear set. Battery life is great as well

I’ve had 3 of these and they have stopped charging or only wanted to hold charge for an hour or so. I’m guessing these go bad because of my sweaty body but I paid good money for a good product

I have had better cheap earplugs with just the cord. Battery does last though. I wouldn't have bought it if I could have tried them first.
