Seem like Bluetooth can't get loud like others. Die fast in cold weather. Wish they were faster to it on . Got them half off so I got them. Wish I got the total wireless ones

I like almost everything about this product except that they have not updated it without a wire connecting the two ear pieces. There are many other brands that have this technology already

Sound was good but stopped working after three months of use. Best Buy unable to help stating that it’s an Apple product and I should take it to them.

I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend. It only lasted a little over a year and it stopped charging. I bought him airpods and those seem to hold up better.

I had to return them, since I felt that these wireless headphones didn’t have enough power I recommend Jabra Elite 65t instead of Beats by Dr. Dre - Powerbeats³ Wireless - Black

Charging port on headphones has no cover to keep debris out of the charging port. I work in a very dirty work environment. If I knew this I wouldn't have bought them.

I had a pair of Powerbeats 3 before gave them away worked super good no complain then I boutgh another pair and sometimes they stop playing but still conected I’m about to return them

Bought these thinking they were good. Got them home and not happy with the product I’ve bought $18 pair of headphones on amazon that sounded way better then these beats

I have a work iPhone and personal Android. I use for music and phone calls. When talking on Android, though, there sometimes is distortion. Other person and I hear it. That’s no good!

I but this headphones because beats is a good brand and stop work don’t charge any more I only use for 6 months not even a year o well

These were definitely the easiest wireless buds to put on AND HAVE THEM STAY IN PLACE ONCE THEY WERE ON - but since the bud cannot go as far in the ear as the wired versions, the sound quality does suffer.

Well let me start by saying, I was so excited to use these, I’ve always heard great things about them and so I got them. For the first few months they worked amazing! Sounded good and stayed in my ears when I worked out, the best... about 6-8 months later the Bluetooth kept failing... then the ear loops fell off? (I never moved those things). So now once I pair the earphones, the Bluetooth fails about 30min-1hr of use.. I wasn’t ready for that to happen, I’m hoping I just got a faulty set? But probably wouldn’t use them again.

These were nice at first. Randomly stopped working in one ear after like 6 months. Luckily, apple replaced them under warranty!

I enjoyed this for a little while but the volume controls broke after a year. I did use them everyday ,but the same happen to my son's Beats , exact same model.

Used these 6 times over a 20 day period and thought the sound quality was great. Then they died, would not charge, nothing. Took them back to Best Buy and because I was past the 15 day return period, had to go to the Apple store to have them repaired/replaced through the warranty. Now I wait 5-10 days until Apple sends me back the original refurbished pair, or a replacement. Had I purchased from Apple they would have just replaced them on the spot. Ugh...

On my second pair in less than 6 months. Now these don’t work and I have to drive 45 min to an apple store. Afraid the next pair won’t last either

These are easy to use and a great product. Sound is very good. Easy to sync. The only problem is after 4 months they would not charge. Had to be returned.

I’ve owned every generation of Powerbeats. The quality of the materials used to make them has declined. The sound has suffered because of it. Save the money buy some wireless 2’s.

Exchanged once thinking I got a bad set to find out same problem continues. When connected on BT it sound very good but before you know it you lose connection and sound off and on.

I like the quality of the sound produced by these headphones but the rubber ear buds tend to fall off and get lost too easily. Quite annoying.
