They came with 3 months of free music, but after three calls to the store, and talking to 3 different people, I was never able to redeem the music that was part of the purchase. My wife and granddaughter were shortchanged in this deal.

Not working properly

Seem to not be 100% sweat proof. I like the fit but performance is not good. I am having to buy a different pair if I can get these taken back.

Less than 3 months and already died on me

It seems to be linked to sweating during heavy workouts. Kinda crazy since they are advertised as workout plugs.

I loved these but needed a replacement pair
