Amazing headphones, broke in 1 month

I had these for a month and they wouldn’t hold a charge or even turn on after light use over 30 days. Love he headphones but apparently this is a common problem. Had to mail them in to Apple because bestbuy and the Apple store would not rectify this in person.

Very Expensive,Easily Broken,

But for such an expensive piece the insurance is horrible and So I will never purchase a fourth one. I’ve wasted too much money, with no compensation in-case of an accident.

Less than expected quality

Even though they come with ear pieces to fit different sizes, the overall fit just misses. The controls are not intuitive and the band is stiff enough to make wearing it behind the neck cumbersome if not irritating.
