Lack of Bass

I feel it missing a lot of low frequency(BASE). The packaging was great, the material that is made is also great. Easy setup if you have iphone. But I feel the Bose SoundSport sound a lot better which is the one I replace for.

Terrible Product - Breaks during normal use

The headphones were not subjected to anything other than routine sweat from exercise. Similar reviews on other websites seem to corroborate this issue.

Broke within a year.

So with my second pair, the air bud actually snapped off, hanging by the wire I was really bummed with the quality. I love my beats but decided on getting air pods to replace these.
