If you really like to avoid wasting your money consider another option. This a very overpriced product with serious doubts about quality. When you pay almost 200 you expect quality and performance. Performance is below expected but quality is extremely poor. After 8 months I started to have problems charging the earphones and now they di not charge. I have been trying to get assistance from bestbuy by chat, then by phone but I ha been loosing time awaiting over 20 minutes online and by phone to get an answer.

My wife likes them but only for sitting and listening to books and music. I had a pair and they fell out of my ears every time I ran. I would spend the extra money for AirPods. They are much lighter and don’t fall out!

if you want to go for cheaper ear phone looking solely for work out, i think this is a good option. it needs daily charging which i hate to do plus it pinches your ear when you use it for long time. that's why 2 stars.

    Not the worst, but...

Don't get me wrong, these aren't the worst by any means... For a pair of headphones that we're $200, I expected a whole lot more... The battery lasts 6 hours, the charging port is wiggly and only works sometimes, the sound cuts in and out constantly and I'm beyond frustrated. Beats used to be INCREDIBLE, cutting edge head phones... Now, they're nothing more than sub-par paper-weights for my desk. They also randomly disconnect from my devices, and disconnect if i'm more than 4 feet away from said device... OH - and this pair is less than 3 weeks old, and gently used. Extremely disappointing, save your money and go for Bose or Sony instead.

    Can't get them to pair

I owed a set of Beats 2 which I enjoyed. The biggest drawback was there was no low battery warning or ability to determine what percentage of charge remained. Inexplicably just after a year they stopped working. I bought this set of Beats 3 as a replacement, however, I can't get them to pair. I am exchanging them in hopes the next set will be problem free.

You're paying for the name. I have a $20 pair that sound just as good. What's worse, after my first couple runs with sweat (no rain), they stopped working. I sent them back to Apple who promptly said there was nothing wrong with them.

This wireless headset was great. The thing that is making me give this a 1-star is that the batteries already stopped working. The headset won't even charge up anymore. These are supposed to be water/sweat resistant. I was highly recommended these by an employee to use these for working out at the gym. The only time I charged it was when the headset would beep to signify low battery. I know it is not from over charging. Problems first was headset wouldn't last as long. Shut off by itself. Now it is completely dead. I only had these for 10-11 months. I did not even have them for a year. Dang thing were almost $200. I am not a happy customer.

I absolutely hated this pair of headphones, maybe they weren’t meant for someone who uses headphones as much as me but the piece the wraps around your ear broke on both one side after a month the other after two months waste of money

    Does not fit right....

Fitment in ears were painful after 30-60 minutes of wearing due to hard plastic piece behind earbud rubber. Tried to use for 5 days thinking I would get used too but to no improvement and still sore. Earbuds did not give a full seal on ear passage causing poor sound, even tried using all 4 sets of ear bud rubbers. Another downside is that you couldn’t change tracks on controls and does not automatically turn off when not in use causing battery to drain, also no cover for charging port leaving it expose to sweat, dirt, etc....Wanted to love these because of the brand and price but was not totally satisfied.

    Not for Exercise

I’ve had these for just 7 months and they no longer work correctly. I use them 2-3 times a week while I jog. I take great care of them, but apparently they aren’t mean for exercise, because the controls no longer work consistently. During my last couple of runs, the volume jumps around randomly, they try to activate voice control, and answered an incoming call when I didn’t want them too. This is the 2nd pair of Wireless Beats I have owned and both pairs had this problem. If you can’t exercise with them, what’s the point. So DISAPPOINTED!

These are very uncomfortable to your ears. The sound quality is excellent but the comfort level is unbearable I definitely recommend the Apple AirPods over these 100% of the time!

Brought head back within 2 days. Disappointing max volume, and I’m not talking very loud either. Sound balance was skewed toward higher notes with bass weak. Surprised that my Apple standard iPhone earbuds sound soooo much better !

    Powerbeats Wireless

The Beats that I purchased were of poor quality and not worth the price. One of the wires started coming loose about 2 months after I purchased them. I was told that this was not covered under warranty. After a couple more months, I had to replace them. I considered buying another set of Beats until I found out that I couldn't even purchase an extended warranty. That tells me that the company doesn't even believe enough in their product's quality to offer extended warranty.

Best Buy delivered and customer care is good. Concerning the Beats headphone they irritated my ear,was not loud enough using my s9 plus nor would stay around my neck. I brought Thirty dollar head phones offline and they work great.
