These aren’t like the first series, feel like they are made cheaper and don’t fit in ear as well.

Visually the earbuds look nice. Carrying case provided is a joke. Sound quality is horrible. When i am at the gym i have them turned all the way up and can sometimes barely hear. Sound is also not clear and no base-kind of like listening to a flat song. Very, very disappointed.

Good when they worked. Not a long term product. Good for a few months then they just stopped working.

The plate that covers the volume buttons popped off after one month. Apple refused to do anything. After a few months, it quit connecting to nay device. I should have bought the best buy insurance since apple hung me out to dry. These were brand new and in perfect shape. no abuse either. I'll never buy another beats product again.

Not worth the money. Does not feel good on the ears. Sound is not good.

Had this product three weeks out stopped working and I tried to exchange it ave was told no door to more than 15 days passing. Nope I have to trip to reach the manufacturer wait even longer for ac replacement. I’ve had other beats and I loved them, these just shut off mid use and wouldn’t power back on or charge.

Sound quality not what I thought it would be! There're clear sounding but the lows/bass are almost nonexistent.

I bought the beats in September. I use these maybe once a week while I am working out. By the end of November, they wont hold a charge for any more than 2 hours. Looking up some reviews it seems as thought ALOT of people have this issue. ....That's discouraging seeing how much they cost and how good of a reputation they have.

This product is so poorly made that it stops working after a few months of use. Only use for the gym and it seems that the sweat is what causes the head phones to fail. I do not recommend them. Also Best Buy does not offer the Geek Squad protection and the sales associate did not tell us there was any other protection for them.

Sound quality does not match up to price. You can find better headphones for a fraction of that price.

I bought these Powerbeats 3 wireless a couple of weeks ago and they are already malfunctioning. I've always been a fan of beats and recently had the original Powerbeats wireless until I accidentally lost them. These new Powerbeats 3 only lasted a few weeks and are already broken. I go to the gym consistently and these earphones don't seem to hold up. Wouldn't recommend.

I brought it on Thanks giving but I prefer Bose over beats. The audio quality is not that great

Microphone sound really bad on the other end. Really disappointed, going back to AirPods

Worst headphones I ever bought second time in a year I'm sending these back to bestbuy,this time I want them exchanged or refunded.wont charge at all,just stop charging and won't turn on,I tried charging with the laptop as well as adapter but still nothing.

I did not like the way these fit in or around my ears. The sound was okay but too much treble.

Sound not as sharp for a Beats product. To many problems keeping a good fit while doing activities

Does not stay put while running or exercising. Sound is not good. Bluetooth has trouble connecting at times.

Less than 6 months and these beats3 are dead, they will not turn off, will no longer pair, only power off after charging, once turned on they won’t power off, once in pairing mode they do not pair nor will they not go back into normal use. Hoping to return these for an exchange although I would prefer not getting another pair of beats.
