Sound quality is below average.. not comparable to apple

It didn’t last for even a year. First the speaker plastic get broken from both sides and then in 11 month today I’m trying to open it like how I do every morning and its not working. Although I left it all night on the charger. I’m disappointed in beats brand now.

bought the Dre Beats and they no longer charge after only having them a month. I am out of the country and no way to bring in for service or refund til April when i return home. The headphones have not been dropped, exposed to liquid, or damaged in anyway. They just stopped charging even when using the usb charger that came with them.

Not the best comfort on the ear and I have heard better sound.

I bought these after reading mixed reviews. After 20 days of ownership they wouldn't power on during or after a charge. Best Buy wouldn't let me return them because it was 5 days past the return policy. I had to take them an apple certified repair center only for them to send them back to apple. Still waiting on my replacements.

This is actually the second pair of powerbeats3 I have purchased since November. Both pair were done within 2 months of use. I do wear them for outdoor workouts and they can’t handle sweat! There has been minimal sprinkles involved and they were done!!!!! Do not buy these if you workout hard and sweat!

Do not sweat with these. This is my 2nd pair and as soon as sweat hits the volume controller... game over. The volume either turns all the way up or all the way down. Now they won't even pair and just flash a red and white light. If you look on their site, they only have a 1.4 star rating. Garbage for $200

Second time I used these headphones they started to bother me and hurt my ears. I would have to keep consistently pushing them back in my ear when I'm running on the treadmill. As of now I have a ear infection idk if its cause of the headphones or what's going around in my city. Maybe they just aren't meant for running. Goodluck.

Quality sound is normal and they don’t really fit me good

I bought these for my son because he loves to wear them while he works out at the gym. We are now on pair #4. He's had a broken piece, various connection issues and 1 pair that just stopped working. NOT durable at all and very skittish. If I could ask for a complete refund I would. Not happy at all with these Beats headphones.

Terrible headphones. Don't buy them. They break after one week. Highly do NOT recommend to anybody, even my worst enemy. They do not want to refund you with these headphones they want to sell them to you and leave you with them broken and they will tell you to go to the Apple Store. Highly do NOT recommend these headphones.

Around the beginning of October2019 these wireless headphones stopped working. I charged them numerous times for very long times and it just never held a charge. Very disappointed on how little time they lasted me after purchasing them in April of 2018. This is an expensive product.

Not comfortable at all do stay in your ears return them to the store

They don’t answer or disconnect from the headset. I wouldn’t buy these again.

I am very active and these don’t handle the abuse at all.
