First pair malfunctioned within the first day. Suddenly powered off and when I attempted to power back on the led just flashed white 3 times. Come to find out this happens often. BB made good on a new pair and took the not so old ones saying they have had numerous returns with similar issues to mine. As long as these ones hold out past the return window, I am happy with them. Maybe consider getting the BB service plan..
