I purchased these for myself on sale for 99.99, on Christmas Eve. They were a gift so I wrapped them put them under the tree and used them no more than 8 times after Christmas. ONE day AFTER the "return policy" ended Best Buy refused to let me return or exchange my headphones. Luckily I got home and looked at their policy and if you have a credit card through them and are a certain status they extend the warranty, so the good news is that I luckily had my extension of returns so I was able to get a new pair. Although I got a new pair the quality is still nothing to rave about. Before Dre sold his Dre Beats to apple they lasted they were good quality. Now, that apple owns them they are absolute trash and I LOVE apple products. However, apples customer service sucks. They wouldnt send me a manufactures coupon or anything to replace my headphones. I contacted customer service, they wanted me to wait for them to create a case, send me a shipping label, send the headphones off, see if what was wrong with them fit the criteria for replacement, if not then they would charge me for the fixing and if I didnt want to pay it charge me shipping to send the headphones back. I am appaled. I cannot stand customer service these days. What exactly am I supposed to do for headphones for the time that mine are in limbo? What a waste of time and money. Next I will be trying out bose when I am done with these because I will not be purchasing a new pair!

I assumed given the high price tag that I'd be getting a quality product. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I run regularly and work out at a gym and these have not stood the test of time. About 9 months after I bought them the faceplate on the volume adjuster that's built into the wire connecting the 2 sides came off while I was at the gym. I wasn't able to locate the piece and contacted the company for a replacement piece. I was told that I'd have to send the headphones to them for an "evaluation" which would cost me $99, over half what I paid for the headphones. A few weeks later, one of the earphone covers came off while I was getting changed at the gym and I wasn't able to locate it so I needed to put an old pair of Sony covers on. A few months later my son brought his wired Beats to me. The cushion what goes between the bracket connecting the 2 sides and had come off. Neither of us mistreated our products, they just seem to have been cheaply made. I have a pair of Shure wired earbuds (still work after 7 years of use) and 2 pairs of Bose over the ear headphones, none of which had any parts fall off or break from normal daily use. I'm mostly disappointed with the customer service and their request to pay $99 for a cheap, easily replaceable part but it doesn't matter since I won't be buying any more Beats products. Stick with Bose or Apple Airpods.

I wish I didn't have to put them so close to my ears. I have to press and the sound would sound better also the length of the ear phone is somewhat short.

I purchased my wireless ear buds on 01/06/2017 and they have already fallen apart! What specifically fell apart was the Remotetalk Control portion of the unit. At the gym one day I attempted to adjust the volume and the pieces just broke apart in my hand. As far as the sound, look and convenience of the product I was satisfied with the product.

I run on the treadmill at the gym (boring) and headphones are an absolute necessity. I have been a fan of cheap wired headphones because they seem to stop working in 6-12 months. Recently, my iPod headphone jack stopped working (sweat corrosion) and I almost bout a new iPod (200$). At the store, I saw the Plantronics BackBeat Go2 for 90 bucks. I decided to try wireless headphones. I was happy could use my iPod but found the sound very soft and tinny. I could barely hear the music and they kept falling out of my ear while running. I started to investigate wireless headphones a bit more and decided to return the Plantronics and buy the Powerbeats2. The good: These sound great, they are comfortable to wear, and they stay in my ear while I run. It connects to both my iPhone and my iPod at the same time so I will get calls while running. The call quality is pretty good. The bad: They are a bit pricy, but I think for the sound and quality, they are worth it. The connection for the USB charger does not fit easily into the headphone unit. I am afraid that something will bend or break if I am not careful. Best Buy does not provide product protection (claims Apple will not allow it).

Have been using now for a good solid month I'd say and these things seem to find a new way to impress daily. Real talk...

Ok so I bought the beats by dre power beats 2 sport wireless headphones. Just to try them out thinking that if i didn't like them I could return them. So the first thing is as we all know they are pricey. I put them on they are extremely comfortable was actually pleasantly surprised. The sound is actually really good the lows rich and the highs are crisp and clean. I have played rap, country, metal so far and all three genre's sounded equally good. So first impression is if i can get over the price I will really like them. There is my honest feedback to my own question. They work great in the gym and on my mountain bike the stay secure in my ears. I am extremely happy with the performance. They are worth the money.

After only a year of owning these terrible headphones, one of the ear piece broke. I took very care of them, always put them back in the case after every use and the it just broke 0 explanation on how, just poorly built and cheap materials. The sound is not great.

I will be purchasing more colors in the future! There awesome!

After a month using the headphones one day I was just about to finish in the gym and one of the part feel off volume parts, I call they fixed, but I don't think they work perfect, I'm disappointed

WE ARE BOTH ACTIVE IN THE GYM AND THESE COME IN HANDY TO FUEL OUR WORKOUTS BY REMOVING THE ANNOYING HARD WIRE THAT WOULD GET IN THE WAY. THESE HEADPHONES ARE LIGHTWEIGHT AND CONFORM TO THE EAR WELL. IT PRODUCES A GREAT SOUND, HAS A LONG LASTING BATTERY AND HAS AMAZING RANGE ON THEM. I TRIED THE JAYBUDS AND OTHER WIRELESS HEADPHONES AND THEY DON'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE SOUND QUALITY OF THE POWERBEATS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT THAT I HAVE WITH THESE HEADPHONES IS THAT WHEN WATCHING VIDEOS, THE AUDIO DOES LAG. HOPEFULLY APPLE ARE WORKING ON A FIRMWARE FIX. OTHER THAN THAT ISSUE, THEY ARE GREAT!!! I DID BUY A PAIR OF COMPLY EARBUDS FOR THE HEADPHONES TOO.

They sound good but are poor quality. I have literally only owned these wireless beats for 2 months as of today! guess what? they are broken. I dont think beats makes a good product. i had several pair in the wired style that were just as weak and broke at the adapter. Good theyhave food cutomer sevice but my opinionnis they are too fragile.

i use to use some Bluetooth headset to go to the gym but now that I purchased the Powerbeats I am never looking back! These are so lightweight and carry big sound that I highly recommend it for runners and anybody that does some serious gym training. You will never feel those fall off or they feel like you don't even have headphones at all. The only reason why you can tell if because Beats always pumps out heavy bass and loud music. Love this and the battery life is pretty good. I swear a lot and these work great under those conditions! If you go to the gym, you need these!

It's 06/16/2016, 9:12 pm as I write this. I bought these PowerBeats2 Wireless ear phones just about an hour ago. I open the box, and I find the volume adjuster is broken. There is also an earbud missing and the extra earbuds are missing with what looks like it was torn out. Mind you the box was factory sealed. I love Beats products and this won't deter me from buying more. But this was just too much.

I am so glad that I purchased these headphones!! They are extremely comfortable and the sound is amazing. With the behind the ear piece, headphones stay in place during high intensity workouts. The Bluetooth capability functions flawlessly!! The headphones are durable and moisture from sweat has not been an issue at all!!! Easy to charge and provides several hours of use time in between charges. Excellent product!!

Hardly used, kept in its case & it still broke after the 6th time I used them.
