Awesome product if it works at 100%

With multiple times attempting to reset it I finally called Apple support. Thanks to my relief they were able to help. They couldn't repair them so they sent a replacement. Thank baby jesus for manufacturers warranty.

Poor Sound Quality

However, I found that the sound quality of the wireless type was worse than the wired ones. I use them for playing golf and it seemed that the wireless type generated a lot more static. I'm happy with the Beats brand, just not the wireless type.
