Third pair as they break. Good thing it's always during the 1st 45 days!

They have bad battery and a Bluetooth it's not good enough connection

Great advice from floor people. Made it easy to choose. Only problem is that they took my 25.00 away. Give rewards then take them away. Ruined whole Best Buy experience

...the designer of these earphones must think everyone has small hands, very difficult to operate when this is not the case, or if you're elderly.I have very large hands.

The headphones, which are decent, became inoperable after three weeks of standard use. Unlike the normal Best Buy protection services - which is great - the item had to be returned to Apple for servicing. After one-week, I received a new pair. If Apple service had been more like Best Buy, I would have been given the review four stars. I will never buy another product that does not have the Best Buy protection plan.

Don't waste your money they don't charge have to keep sending back waiting foo receive a pair that works wish I read reviews first

Even though they wrap around ear they still don't stay. Plus also, i don't know if I have small ears but they an it hurt after wearing them for extended period of time.

Three different ones, each with power problems. Not going to waste any more time. The competition is going to put out some more.....and the technology will be better by next Xmas.

Headphones are pretty good. Did have to purchase a second pair because I was having some connection issues with the original pair. Second pair worked great. Didn't have any issues.

They irritate my ears...not flexible and one side stopped working after one day. I returned it.

i use them in the gym, could not do without them. excellent sound and decent range!!!

I am not able to have my phone case on my phone while using head phones. The blue Tooth cuts in and out. Besides that when my phone case is off not bad only 15-20 range

They Break pretty easy after regular exercise and sweating. But good on return policy. The sound is greatly now they need to work on getting rid of the cord entirely.

I've owned 3 pairs of the wired Beats earphones and they always break on me so I decided to buy these cause they were on sale for 100...They have worked out okay.

First, the volume would arbitrary dropped to zero and would not respond to the volume controls. Then it wouldn't retain a full charge. Lastly, the volume control casing came off. All of this occurred within two months of purchase. This model was a lemon and didn't perform as well as my first PowerBeats (before it was stolen).

2-Stars because while it was actually charged, it preformed well. Otherwise, I charged it 4 times and only used it twice. Completed full charge when I purchased them and used them about 30 minutes. The next day, after being properly turned off, they were completely dead again. Charged them through the night, unplugged them the next morning, and tried to used them again the day after... They were again dead. This happened again a few days later. I returned them to Best Buy with no hassle.

Use these headphones at the gym and they work well in this setting. Battery does not last as long as advertised (4 hours max), but that was assumed upon purchase.

I bought these wireless headphone as a Christmas gift for my son in December 2014 for $199.99 as they were a newer product at that time. They lasted roughly 2 years through normal use and it appears the rechargeable battery has now died. The warranty was I year and Apple says they will repair them for $99, pretty much the cost of a new pair for $120 now 2 years later. Overpriced and don't last.

I've gone through multiple pairs, thankfully Apple is great with customer service, but if you're a heavy sweater, you'll likely need to replace these.

The connection is very inconsistent... I always have to reconnect and I have problems hearing the other person on the phone.
