I bought these based on good reviews. Starting using them and music kept dropping out and not staying in sync. I read how to fix this. But still have issues.

There maybe another pair that is just as good for far less money. I did not get the sound I expected for these highly advertised and very expensive headphones.

Decent sound, but not for the money. Combine that with the sound delay on videos on your iDevices, and you can do much better.

Product is supposed to last 6 hours but I doubt I get much over 4 hours on a charge. The sounds quality is okay but not as good as you'd expect for the price.

I went into the store ready to purchase the new Bose wireless earbuds, but then changed my mind when I saw the Beats wireless on sale ($20 less I think). The Beats don't hold a consistent charge, disconnect from Bluetooth for no apparent reason, and really don't sound all that great. Wireless earbuds, as convenient as they are, just will never be as good as wired versions - at least not yet (maybe Best Buy will let me sample the new air pods?). Good luck and happy listening.

I was super excited to get my new beats head phones! They had excellent quality sound and were great for running! But a couple of months after buying them the part of the ear bud that goes into your ear snapped off while I was running. I called and asked if there was any warranty but I was told there was nothing I could do about it. I don't think I will buy beats again for that reason ☹️

Bought these to use for my workouts, they broke within a month and now they have been sent off to be repaired no guarantee they will be fixed...not a happy customer.

Bought headphones as a gift and the Bluetooth would not connect from day 1. Returned for a new pair and only occasionally have problems with connectivity.

I would of saved $ have I went with a less expensive brand. There's nothing special about the sound quality. If you really like the brand it's a cool buy.

Sound quality is great while they work, but they only last one month. Had two pair and both stopped working.

I bought these because my husband has wanted them for so long. He loves that they are wireless and allows him to not have to worry about being pulled in.

These are average ear buds, definitely not worth the premium price. My husband and I were going to buy the full on headphones which sounded great in store, but decided to take our chances with the ear buds, even though we didn't get to try them out in store. Unfortunately we waited too long to check them out and weren't able to return. I would REALLY like to return them, but it was past the 15 day return window, plus we had opened the seal. Big waste of money, shame on me!!

They work ok, sound good but not comfortable and couldn't find an ear bud that fit well enough to stay in my ear.

I loved my beats, but my husband would borrow them and return them with a broken ear piece. I’m not sure if they are delicate or he’s to rough.

Typical beats product. I use these in the gym and in less than 6 months they came unglued. Luckily, Best Buy exchanged them under the manufacturers warranty.

I am on my 3rd pair of these. They are great for music but for phones they often get very muddy and make you sound under water in the middle of a call.

Wouldn't charge or work within a month and had to send them to Apple because bestbuy didn't want to deal with them.

The volume controls became defective in very little time. Additionally, the battery became difficult to recharge using the cable, and then the volume/mic control piece completely separated which made the product non-functional. I wouldn't recommend grabbing these if more durable models are out there (e.g., I don't know if they resolved these issues for the model 3).

Not the same sound quality as other beats headphone. I have owned a lot and these are not what was expected.
