This product was fine except, if you have an older Ipod the sound breaks. Does not really have that much bass, but that's my opinion.

After a month of light use the sound on the right side has become low. I had to take them to Apple to be repaired. For headphones that are supposed to be top of the line that's unacceptable. Apple owns Beats and you can get them serviced there. Hold on to your receipt and package for warranty repair. Turn around time is one week. Disappointed. I thought these would give me better performance than my Sony Bluetooth headphones.

The service was ok but I'm disappointed that I just bought the head phones and instead of getting a new pair I had to ship it and wait

Bought these earphones recently and I am totally pleased with the sound quality! They are very comfortable to wear. I paired these with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone and they work flawlessly with the phone. Here is my one issue with these earphones and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5: The volume controller. It is too high and close to the earbud. I was hoping to lower the controller closer to my neckline where it is easier for me to adjust the volume and answer phone calls. I contacted customer support at Apple and they confirmed the controller is fixed in its position on the wire and can't be adjusted. Otherwise, these are great earphones!!

I was very disappointed in battery life. Especially since the beat3 came out 2 weeks after I bought these and have 12 hour battery.

Sometimes had issues with the Bluetooth pairing and disturbance while using sometime. Most useful for running and during workout.

They work just like they are suppose to work. Not really worth the price. The charge doesn't last long. Had to charge after a few hours of use

Uncomfortable earphones that fall off, though the sound quality is OK and they are attractive .

Had this earphones for 2 months n now they dont work, sucks because I thought since the brand it's good they'll last longer which they didn't

They are made for being active but shortly (as in 2 months) after having them it stopped working

well my beats used to work very well in the first two weeks, then comes the trouble, it doesnt work the buttons just the, on/off button works

If you have small ears, these aren't for you! Do not buy them!

Purchased this item for a gift, so hope it holds up as I didn't read any reviews ahead of time. Purchased them based on brand.

my son doesn't use headphones so he took them back to look for something he likes. We gave them to him as a Christmas present.

I really like these headphones for working out, but I have had to get 3 different pair warrantied. They tend to break too easily.

Nice looking and good wireless range ear phones but when it comes to sound quality they are just not that great

I was not able to keep the wireless ear bud synced to my iPod, even after calling support for help. Returned it and bought wired ear buds.

Quality of sound is poor. Fit is poor. Motorola makes a much better product for half the price.

The product is bit inconvenient to the eyes . Can't keep them for hours . Would kept an option of removing the ear hangings .
