Bought these as a Father's Day gift for my husband. Less than a month later, they don't work. Not sure if it is a charging issue or not, but when they were connected to the laptop, the beats site said they were charged but light wasn't on and they didn't work. Going to try to contact apple to see what they will do. They were great for a couple of weeks - disappointed that they broke after little use.

I've lost the 3" adapter to charge the headset. checked all over the support section on how to replace it and couldn't find anything. to contact support, you're directed to apple support which is typically a mixed bag. also, really hurt my left ear the first time using them trying to get it to stay in place for more than a minute. tried all of the sizes, but the earbuds don't really stay in place.

I gave it a 3 star rating only because I thought this product is a bit overpriced for the sound quality you actually get.

is a great accessory to run. with great warranty, but i need to change 3 times because they keep failing

Got on sale for father's day for 99.99 and these are definitely not worth more than that, phone calling is nice and clear

I feel powerbeats 2 is the not the right choice if you want clear ans bass sound. Powerbeats 3 is very good instead.

This head phones is for people that like wireless the only thing bad thing about it is the battery it last only 6 hrs.

I LOVE these headphones! However, I had mine a month and the quit turning on! Luckily I was within warranty and got a replacement!

When I got Beats2 I thought, this is great...wireless and great sound! Well I made the purchase on June 18, 2017 and as of August 13, 2017 I get nothing...totally dead...won't turn on...can't charge...nothing. Perhaps the problem is that I used them for workouts and I sweat profusely when working out but no wait... isn't that what they were made for...I am extremely disappointed.

I waited quite awhile to post a review because I've been burned before by "sports" earbuds that didn't hold up to heavy use and dripping sweat. I bought these within days of when they became available -- close to a year ago by now. I'm happy to report that they work as well today as the day I bought them. The sound is what I would call 'quite good'. Honestly, for my use to wear while I'm running, they sound better than I need them to sound. The most important thing is for them to 1) stay put on my ears 2) sound decent, and 3) endure the punishment I put them through while working out. They've done this in spades and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another set if I lost these.

This head set is good for sitting down and listen to music. But option to use whil running as ear plugs keep coming off.

They are great headphones, but the volume stopped working two weeks after receiving.

There okay. Not as good as i suspected. They hurt my ears.

Worked well when my iPhone was out of my pocket. If the phone was not close to the headset the connection was bad.

Good for walking around but not the best sound. Pick up interference too easy and if phones not really close gaps significantly.

It gets tangled up with my earplugs, clothing and when I wear only one ear because of the weight it is uncomfortable.

Like the wireless headphones, use them everyday, ok taking calls and listening to music. Bose is a better product.

I decided to replace my jay birds under warranty with these. Had the jaybirds about one year when a problem started. After a few weeks with the beats the volume would sometimes work and sometimes not. Sometimes I could turn them off on with the toggle and sometimes not. Sometimes a fully charged they would stop after 10 min. Frustrated. I tend to find out how to rectify I suppose with Apple?
