Because they are c.r.a.p and break/stop working with just normal or light use. ..over priced and over rated....your paying a lot for a brand not the product

Don't waste your time

Exchanged it and the second one lasted about the three months but first the power would not turn off and a few days later the volume cover came off again. For the price would expected more. Very disappointed.

These headphones had multiple issues after buying just 4 months ago. Couldn't turn them off. Volume buttons stopped working. Volume would randomly raise all the way up and I couldn't lower it even from my phone. Horrible headphones. Don't waste your money

No good for phone calls - Good with music

This happens even though you have the phone next to the wireless headset. For music, it sounds great though. I purchased them for the freedom of hearing music and make/receive phone calls without dealing with wires. Have to return them.

If I was walking or bicycling you could not go 4-5 minutes without the sound starting to fading in and out. Very distracting and for $200 you think they would have figured out the technology. I have a pair of Motorola S-10's where the music never fades.
