Device Broke

Had less than three months and device cracked. Best buy refused to replace them. Sent them back to Apple. I received the earphones back until fixed or replaced. They claim they tried to contact me which they never did so I'm disappointed in both Best Buy and Apple warranty.

For the money they charge it should do everything without that problem
