This is not a bad product, it just was not what I was expecting in sound performance

Sound good. Horrible in any kind of wind whatsoever.

I got it and used for few months then just stored for long time because I have bought the beat wireless also, about 7-8 months. When i got back to use it became useless. I thought cause low batt but after full recharged it still not pairing at all. It was out of warranty when I tried to checked warranty repair.

Had less than a month before experiencing same technical issue as my previous pair

So exactly 1 year from purchase these just stop working... Very displeased.

My son has the over the ear headphones and they sound wonderful so I thought I would buy these for the gym. They hurt my ears, low bass (unlike the over the ear ones) and thought the case was weak (wouldn't protect them and made cheap). Return within a week.

We purchased several of these for our kids. Best Buy had the best holiday prices!

To me these are overpriced I use them while motorcycle riding and can barely hear the music

I expect more for wireless beats, try all the ear cover not as tight or seal my ear

My headphone broke and the bestbuy did not replace it and did not give me another option.

Looked nice. Only decent quality. Was dissatisfied with the fit and sound quality. Online reviews said they cut out when you touch the headphones and they certainly did every time I tried to adjust them or touch a control they lost connection temporality until I stopped touching the headphones. Returned this product.

In the running time, the earphone often slip off. It doesn't really fit!

Wanted a better one. Did not like it. I would go for better on with $100 more.

I got these to replace a pair of plantronic wireless bluetooth head set. After getting them home and reading a little bit more on the box I realized the battery only last up to 6 hours which is half of the time the plantronics last. So I decided to at least give them a try and see if they sounded good. After giving them a full charge and paired it up and was completely let down at the sound quality. They sit rather far from your ear so a lot of sound is lost. At that point I decided they where going back. If you want a GREAT sounding and super long battery set of bluetooth headset then check out the Plantronic's or LG's. Both have great sound and a 10-12 hour battery. Don't waist your money just to wear the Beats name.
